Process Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Process Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and managing day-to-day business processes and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organized, analytical, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage routine operational processes accurately and on time
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Identify process improvement opportunities and share with the team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables
- Handle data entry, reporting, and basic analysis tasks
- Support team leads or managers with various administrative duties as required
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Note: We do not hire Pursuing student
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹11,000.00 per month
