About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Non-Customer Service Healthcare Supervisor to lead and manage back-office healthcare operations within our Business Process Services (BPS) division. This role focuses on overseeing non-voice healthcare processes such as claims adjudication, medical coding, billing, data entry, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while leading a team of healthcare associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of healthcare associates handling back-office operations (claims, billing, eligibility verification, provider data management, etc.).
- Process Management: Monitor daily workflow to ensure adherence to SLAs, TAT (Turnaround Time), and quality metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.).
- Performance Monitoring: Track team and individual KPIs; provide performance feedback, coaching, and skill development sessions.
- Operational Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance and productivity reports to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, client SOPs, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with quality, training, and client management teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
- Training & Development: Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing team members.
