About the Position
Responsibilities

Program Planning & Implementation

  • Support the end-to-end execution of CSR and rural development projects across assigned geographies.
  • Coordinate with implementing partners, government officials, and local communities to ensure effective project rollout.
  • Facilitate training, awareness sessions, and field workshops for community mobilization.
  • Monitor project milestones, collect field data, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders including corporate CSR teams, NGOs, local government departments, and community leaders.
  • Support proposal development, MoUs, and communication with partners for project alignment and visibility.
  • Build partnerships that strengthen program outcomes and sustainability.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

  • Track project KPIs and outcomes through field visits, data collection, and impact measurement tools.
  • Document success stories, case studies, and impact reports in collaboration with the communications team.
  • Ensure donor compliance and high-quality program delivery.

Community & Rural Development Focus

  • Identify community needs and contribute to designing livelihood and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Work on grassroots engagement, especially in areas like women empowerment, skilling, and education.
  • Support development of sustainable models that enhance income and quality of life for rural communities.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of experience in CSR project implementation, rural development, or social impact programs.
  • Strong understanding of community mobilization, field implementation, and partner coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi; local language preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and data management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in managing CSR partnerships or working with donor agencies.
  • Exposure to monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to handle multi-location projects independently.
  • A strong sense of ownership, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
