Cluster Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role will be in the different districts of Rajasthan. The Cluster Supervisor is responsible for overseeing program implementation across designated clusters, ensuring smooth coordination and management of field activities, and monitoring project progress and outcomes. The role requires regular interaction with community members, local teams, and stakeholders to ensure that the organization's vision and goals are effectively communicated and achieved.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate local teams and ensure efficient implementation of programs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with community members, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and desired outcomes.
• Understanding of rural communities and experience working in social development sectors, especially health and education.
• Proficiency in local languages, especially Hindi, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the sociocultural context of Rajasthan is a plus.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to addressing community and program challenges.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience is essential.
