What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage cold email campaigns that actually
    get replies
    , not spam flags.
  • Write smart, relevant, and human copy that converts cold prospects into booked calls.
  • Manage multiple client campaigns — prospecting, sequencing, and reporting performance.
  • Maintain domain health, warmups, deliverability, and inbox reputation.
  • Work closely with the Founder & growth team to test new angles, offers, and targeting strategies.
  • Help us refine and scale outbound systems as we add new accounts month after month.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Know the clear difference between
    cold email and email marketing.
  • Understand how
    ESPs
    (Instantly, Smartlead, Mailshake, Apollo, etc.) work and how to use them effectively.
  • Have a solid grasp of
    deliverability
    — domains, DNS records, warmups, and rotations.
  • Can write cold emails that sound natural and spark interest in under 100 words.
  • Love analysing open rates, reply rates, and testing small tweaks that make a big impact.
  • Can manage multiple campaigns and clients without losing attention to detail.
