Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Serilingampalli. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires active participation in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations, as well as working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
