Job Title: Sr. Executive
Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with a strong background in commerce and proficiency in tallying financial data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating smooth interactions between the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Material Balance reporting and BMC Sales
  • Utilize tally skills to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
  • Communicate effectively with the Internal departments, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Provide support regarding invoicing, E-way Bill, Milk Purchase entries & Sales entries
  • Assist in the preparation of the BMC Report and the MB report
  • Preparation of Milk payment sheets and reconciliation of the four-day sheets.
  • Ensure all Petty cash-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

  • Candidates having a bachelor's degree in commerce and a Qualified CMA or CA foundation.
  • Would be preferred with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally software (or similar accounting software).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in an Account Executive or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
