Senior Production Artist

We are not looking for any designer, this role needs someone who is part of production teams and take care of packaging. Oral care Or skin care products packaging background if preferred.

The Production Artist, plays a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life with precision and consistency. You will be responsible for adapting, preparing, and delivering final artwork across packaging, e-commerce, and other brand experiences, ensuring that every detail is pixel-perfect and print-ready. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit.

What You'll DoBuild design intent and final artwork files from approved designs and release completed files to the Pre-Press House. Review print feasibility artwork to ensure all printer and Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) feedback has been correctly applied by the Pre-Press House.

Review and approve Print Ready Artwork for technical accuracy and brand consistency. Set up Design Guidance files as needed, including clear instructions on how to apply design elements. Prepare and finalize production-ready files (artwork, packaging templates, digital assets) according to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Adapt existing designs into various formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining brand integrity. Assist with Adaptive Design work as needed, ensuring creative assets are effectively translated across multiple touchpoints. Collaborate with creative teams, project managers, and production partners to ensure requirements and deadlines are met.

Maintain, organize, and archive design files and assets in the content management system. Stay updated on production standards, new design tools, and evolving print and digital technologies. Support a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and cross-team collaboration.

What You'll BringHard Skills:Deep understanding of production processes across both print and digital formats. Expertise in preparing final print-ready and digital files.

Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Ability to set up Design Guidance files and technical documentation for pre-press partners. Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot inconsistencies and troubleshoot production issues.

Experience using workflow and asset management systems for approvals and data tracking. Soft Skills:Self-starter who can work independently while seeking clarity when needed. Team contributor and great collaborator, proactively communicating progress, challenges, and solutions.

Passionate about precision, with a creative soul that also loves a good checklist QualificationsMinimum years of proven brand design experience. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio may also be considered. Print Production Expertise: Demonstrated experience in preparing and finalizing artwork for print, including knowledge of prepress processes, color separation, and print feasibility. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with print production tools and project management tools (Asana, Workfront) .

Technical Precision: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct issues related to layout, typography, and color accuracy. Collaborative Skills: Experience working closely with designers, Project Managers, Production Manager, and printers to ensure artwork meets all technical specifications and brand standards. Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Continuous Learning: Keen interest in staying updated with the latest print production technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
