Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Concept Artist
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic skills, the ability to visualize unique concepts, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves creating
high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and game assets
, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    original and creative concept art
    for characters, environments, and props, along with some UI.
  • Translate ideas from design briefs and game documents into compelling visuals.
  • Work closely with art directors, leads, and 3D teams to maintain
    consistency of art style
    .
  • Provide
    multiple variations
    and iterative feedback-based improvements.
  • Use both
    manual artistic techniques
    (sketching, painting) and
    AI-assisted tools
    (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Gemini AI,etc) where applicable.
  • Create
    presentation-ready assets
    : sketches, base colors, polished renders, and expressions.
  • Mentor junior artists, provide feedback, and help maintain
    high production quality standards
    .
  • Manage
    timelines and deliverables
    within monthly billing cycles.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7+ years of professional experience as a
    Concept Artist
    (gaming industry preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in
    stylized and realistic art styles
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Photoshop, Procreate, or similar digital painting tools
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AI art generation tools
    and ability to integrate them into workflow.
  • Strong understanding of
    color theory, composition, perspective, and anatomy
    .
  • Ability to create clear
    front, side, and back views
    for production-ready assets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently on the assigned works and deliver on time.
