Seeking a highly skilled Unity Developer with expertise as a Technical Artist to join our large-scale Synthetic Data Generation Team for Machine Learning and Gen AI Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual creation, focusing on modeling synthetic environments of human occupants inside car environments with Unity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize Unity-based applications for large-scale synthetic data generation.
  • Create and integrate human models, animations, objects, and lighting setups to simulate car environments.
  • Enhance existing pipelines, including motion capture animations, textures, materials, and car CAD models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with 3D artists, technical artists, and AI engineers.
  • Assist in motion capture sessions and refine animations.
  • Oversee asset modeling and ensure high-quality representations.
  • Rig characters and manually annotate in 3D as per project requirements.
  • Debug and troubleshoot Unity project issues.
  • Maintain efficient workflows for asset creation and integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest Unity features and industry trends.

Required Skills :

  • Proven Industry experience demonstrating technical expertise as Unity Developer and Technical Artist. Proficiency in Unitys animation tools, including Animator and Timeline.

  • Strong proficiency in C# and Unity3D.

  • Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation. Knowledge of shader programming and visual effects.
  • Familiarity with physics-based simulations and real-time rendering.
  • Experience with motion capture technologies, AR/VR technologies and refining animations.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to write and maintain custom scripts to automate workflows and enhance pipeline efficiency.
  • Strong mathematical foundation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifikationen

Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with synthetic data generation for machine learning applications.
  • Alignment to synthetic data generation for Automotive products and applications.
  • Conversant with other game engines like Unreal Engine and associated development tools.
