Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Design: Generate creative ideas and concepts for exhibition stands and displays. Collaborate with designers to develop mood boards, sketches and visual concepts. Ensure that designs align with the client's branding and marketing goals. Translate creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Client Interaction And Brief Analysis Engage with clients to understand their exhibition booth requirements. Analyze and interpret client briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of their objectives and preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to gather client feedback and requirements effectively.
Technical Expertise Utilize your technical expertise in the Bematrix system to create innovative and structurally sound designs. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure designs meet safety and engineering standards.
Project Management Manage projects from the initial brief stage to final design approval. Coordinate with production and operation teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Client Engagement Present design concepts to clients and address their feedback and revisions. Build strong client relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or a related field.
  • Strong technical design skills with a focus on structural integrity.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
