Our Student Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless program delivery, student engagement, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

As a Student Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing class operations, student engagement, and cross-team coordination. You will serve as the go-to person for students, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of our programs and a great student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Class Operations

  • Coordinate with trainers to finalize and manage class schedules.
  • Own scheduling and updates on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborate with faculty, mentors, and placement teams to ensure seamless program execution.

Student Support & Engagement

  • Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve technical issues, payment queries, and course-related concerns.
  • Proactively engage with students to boost retention and satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze student feedback to improve the overall experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech operations or program management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and student support.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, Zoom/Webinar platforms.
