Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with
Zoho
(CRM, Books, Projects, and other modules), and have experience in streamlining operational workflows, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate Zoho systems (CRM, Books, Projects, People, etc.) efficiently.
  • Support day-to-day operational processes across departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR).
  • Assist in onboarding new clients/investors and ensure smooth execution of investment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting using Zoho and other tools.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement automation where possible.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Handle vendor management, invoicing, and other administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech/startups/financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Zoho applications
    (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
