Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Service Desk - Technical Support L1&L2 role in Pune. The primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, performing regular maintenance and repair, and offering high-quality customer service. The role ensures the efficient functioning of IT services and addresses both hardware and software issues faced by users, adhering to performance standards and quick resolution guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and systems.
  • Capability to perform Field Service operations, including on-site support and technical assistance.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address user concerns while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Pune.
  • Knowledge of IT processes and systems; relevant certifications or technical qualifications are an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in corporate or BPO/ITeS environments is a plus.

IT Service Desk- Technical Support L1&L2 - Pune & Bangalore

Technical Support:

Providing remote support for Laptops / Desktops / Network Issues / MS

office products like Windows 10, Bitlocker etc. Printer Configuration etc.

Experience: 1 to 3 years : 5.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility:

Graduate with Experience in Service Desk / Ticketing Tools / Technical Support (Service Desk Domain)

Strong Technical Knowledge + Excellent Communication Skills

Key Skills:

* Remote support – Laptops, Desktops, LAN, Apps

* T/S – iOS, Android, Windows Devices

* OS (Win XP–10), Office 365, Outlook, Skype, Teams, SharePoint

* Registry Fixes, Patch Updates, Virus & Security T/S

* VPN, TCP/IP, OSI, Networking basics

* Experience in ICT Service Desk environment
