Job Description

Service Desk -Voice base Process

L1 / L2 Service Desk /Help Desk Support / Remote Support / Technical Support – Voice base Process

Candidate should have worked in international BPO industry or IT service desk (BE/ B tech EC/IT/CS , diploma in computer science or software engg, BCA,MCA )

2. Excellent Communication skills

Responsibilities

1. Accept & registersService Calls

2. Classify Service Calls according to the specified options

3. Execute 1 st attempt to solve the Service Call

4. Refer Service Call tothe appropriate Resolution Owner Support Group

Communicate response times for dispatched tickets to the customers

Candidates once clearing Communication interview will undergo Technical training which would be given by Collabera itself , it's not chargeable. and then final round after 3 weeks at client side for final evaluation.

They will be given STIPEND on their current CTC during training period.

Interview Location: Any location+Bangalore /Pune
