Reporting Time: 9.15am, Hours: 9:30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely acquisition of required goods.
  • Maintain relationships with current vendors and negotiate terms to secure the best prices.
  • Identify and develop relationships with new vendors to diversify supply sources.
  • Prepare and manage Management Information System reports to track purchasing activities.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
  • Prepare BOQ for various projects to outline necessary materials and costs.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery to various locations.
  • Create and process Purchase Orders to authorize the procurement of goods and services.
