**Job Opening: Sales Executive (SE)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regular market visits in Ahmedabad and nearby areas to meet **Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Shutter Manufacturers**, etc.
- Achieve monthly/weekly **sales targets** and report progress.
- Collect **market outstanding payments** as per company norms.
- Offer **discounts** within defined approval limits.
- Ensure strict adherence to the **weekly sales cycle**.
- Promote and give focus to the **complete product range**.
- Expand product reach in **new and existing areas**.
- Handle **customer complaints** - e.g., FFS, lock selection - case-by-case.
- Assist in **FFS establishment** (First Fixing Services) in Ahmedabad and surrounding markets.
- Manage **branch-level tasks**, including **ticket closures** and customer follow-ups.
- Provide **training and support to junior staff** (Sales Officers and ISRs).
- **Education**: Graduation is a must; **MBA preferred**.
- **Experience**: 3 to 6 years in **Retail/Project Sales**.
- **Skills**: Good communication and market relationship skills.
- **Age**: Below **35 years**.
- **Other**: Must have a **two-wheeler with a valid driving license**.
