Job Title: Sales Associate - Bedding Products

Location: Bhatar Road, Surat

Openings: 4 positions

**Salary**: Up to ₹16,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales (bedding/home furnishing preferred)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Diploma/Degree in Retail or Interior Design is a plus)

Job Purpose:
To drive in-store sales of bedding products — including mattresses, bedsheets, pillows, comforters, and accessories — by providing excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and a pleasant buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements for bedding and sleep-related products.

Product Knowledge: Explain features, benefits, and differences between products (e.g., foam vs. spring mattress, cotton vs. microfiber bedsheets).

Demonstrations: Offer product demos or touch-feel experiences to build customer confidence.

Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend complementary items (e.g., pillow protectors, mattress covers) to maximize sales.

Billing & Documentation: Assist with invoicing, product bookings, and advance payments if needed.

Stock Management: Keep displays organized, monitor stock levels, and notify for replenishments.

After-Sales Coordination: Help customers with delivery tracking, exchanges, or warranty issues when required.

Sales Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly logs of walk-ins, sales, and customer feedback.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure neat and attractive bedding displays according to seasonal themes or store guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales (bedding, home furnishing, or lifestyle products preferred)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a diploma or degree in retail/interior design is a plus

Customer-first attitude

Ability to handle objections and close sales

Basic computer or POS system knowledge
