Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive : Bancaasurance located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with bank partners, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves organizing sales activities, presenting insurance products to potential clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Executive will also be engaged in providing training and support to bank staff to enhance insurance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with banking partners
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
