What You'll Actually Do

  • Plan and run go-to-market launches that people notice (and remember).
  • Turn product features into stories our customers can't ignore.
  • Make creatives (social posts, videos, decks) that are both beautiful and on-brand.
  • Understand our customers' world and position KNOW as
    the
    solution.
  • Build sales & CS enablement tools that help close deals faster.
  • Turn customer wins into stories, case studies, and campaigns with serious impact.
  • Measure, learn, and keep getting better.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of launching campaigns and telling stories that convert — B2B or
  • B2C, doesn't matter.
  • A sharp mix of creativity + commercial sense.
  • The ability to make complex things simple and exciting.
  • Strong design sensibility (bonus if you can roll up your sleeves and make your own
  • creatives).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success
  • teams.
