Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and improve daily work in our machine shop. The person should have experience with conventional machines like Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, and CNC Machines.

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily production activities.

Ensure machines and workers operate efficiently.

Maintain quality standards and follow safety guidelines.

Improve production processes to reduce time and cost.

Work with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams to solve issues.

Prepare production reports and track progress.

Meet the weekly and monthly production targets.

Qualifications:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering.

07–10 years of experience in machine shop/toolroom.

Must know how to work with Lathe, Milling, Grinding, CNC/VMC

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Salary: 25k to 35k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
