Production Supervisor – Job Description

Location: Nagpur

Department: Production

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing production

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, allocate manpower, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production plan and allocate manpower.
  • Monitor in-process work, material issuance, and RM cutting plan.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase & Stores.
  • Maintain daily production reports & shift consumption reports.
  • Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and adherence to work instructions.
  • Conduct on-job training and skill upgrading for workers.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained for optimal production.
  • Monitor parameters, review reports, and take corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
