Shift Timing: 07:30 PM IST – 04:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our Compliance team. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of service quality.
Experience Required
- 0 to 6 months of experience in the USA job market (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to manage customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain and update customer interaction and service records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
- Follow company service standards, compliance protocols, and guidelines
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
