This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CX Data & Program Analyst in India.

This role provides an opportunity to drive impactful Customer Experience (CX) programs for global clients across multiple industries. You will leverage data analytics, program management, and CX platform expertise to deliver actionable insights that improve business outcomes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will design, implement, and optimize CX initiatives across digital, in-person, and contact center channels. This position offers a hands-on environment with responsibility for platform configuration, data integration, reporting, and dashboard creation. You will influence strategic decisions by translating data into clear recommendations, helping organizations enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency. The role is fully remote, aligned with U.S. East Coast hours, and offers exposure to Fortune 500 clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the implementation, launch, and ongoing management of client CX programs.
  • Design, configure, and optimize CX initiatives using Medallia and other methodologies across multiple channels.
  • Manage platform setup, survey design, integrations, data analytics, and dashboard reporting.
  • Execute client engagements including CX Program Design, Program Assessments, Change Management, Governance, and Closed-Loop Feedback initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Deliver CX consulting support through workshops, training, ad hoc sessions, and long-term engagements.
  • Stay current on CX trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure best-in-class delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Medallia, including full lifecycle implementation and configuration.
  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Experience with APIs, data integrations, text analytics, and platforms such as CRM, ERP, or data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree (B.Tech/BE/MCE/MBA or equivalent).
  • OCEM or Medallia CX Professional certification is a plus.
