Currently, we are looking for a CX-Sales to join our team.

Job Description

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CX Sales Cloud (Fusion CRM) implementation and support.
  • Expertise in Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account and Contact
  • Management, Sales Forecasting, and Territory Management.
  • Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Sales Cloud modules.
  • Experience integrating CX Sales with CPQ, Marketing, and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in page layouts, app composer, sandbox setup, security roles, and workflow configurations.
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM analytics.
  • Experience in data migration, UAT, training, and post-production support.
  • Ability to create functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reports.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Oracle CX Sales or CRM Cloud certification is an added advantage.
