About the Job – We are looking for PRODUCT OWNER SAP SUCCESSFACTOR PAYROLL.

Educational Background – Any Graduate.

Experience- 15+ years.

Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad

Responsibilites

  • Serve as the SME for SAP Payroll and ADP Payroll systems, driving both project development and BAU support.
  • Act as a functional expert in SAP HR, including EC (Employee Central) and Total Rewards modules.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end integration between SAP SuccessFactors and ADP solutions.
  • Provide expert-level functional configuration and support for Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
  • Ensure stability and performance of payroll solutions in production environments, addressing tickets, incidents, and change requests as part of BAU.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement system changes.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and lead solution walkthroughs, validations, and UATs.
  • Contribute to system enhancements, new developments, and rollouts, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current with ADP product updates, SAP enhancements, and industry best practices.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Payroll and SAP HR functional modules.
  • Proven track record in handling both development projects and BAU support operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP Payroll systems and knowledge of ADP offerings.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration, particularly Employee Central (EC).
  • Deep functional expertise in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Solid understanding of functional configuration and troubleshooting in SAP Payroll landscapes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
