**What you'll do**:
- We are looking for true leaders to develop and execute on the EC Payroll product roadmap with a talented team of engineers and product managers
- You will oversee all aspects of product management for your products, including requirements gathering, design, release, and product support activities. You will have to dig into detail to help product managers and engineers execute to improve the product.
- You foster relationships across the organization (including Dev, PM, Operations, UX, UA, Support, Platform, Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product Strategy) to align the groups so your team can execute.
- You work closely with customers to facilitate feedback into product development and to share product roadmap.
**What you bring**:
- At least 10+ years of experience in software development, 5+ in product management and/or product owner
- EC Payroll implementation experience and knowledge of system integration techniques is a plus
- Solid understanding of the overall SAP payroll portfolio and our payroll solutions
- Awareness of SAP’s position in the market, payroll market trends, competitors, and product differentiators
- Ability to think and communicate on strategy and the bigger picture including the relation of your product to the SAP portfolio and markets
- Proven track record 4+ years of handling complex project challenges with demanding people spread in different time zones and under time pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in presenting and demoing to customers and prospects
