We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of digital advertising to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, App).

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.

Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with creative teams for visuals.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics & Google Ads dashboard.

Manage and optimize budget allocation across campaigns.

Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance.

Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum [X] years).

Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, and paid media strategies.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio.

Excellent copywriting and ad-creation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Google Ads Certification (preferred).

Nice to Have

Experience with Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of conversion tracking & remarketing strategies.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms & app promotion.
