Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LLM Engineer with expertise in Large Language Model training, deployment, and optimization to join our cutting-edge AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM models while building scalable AI solutions. You will work on innovative projects involving natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI applications that drive business value and enhance user experiences.

As an LLM Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions, from research and development to production deployment. This role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms, and full-stack development capabilities to create end-to-end AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• LLM Development & Training:
• Design, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models for specific business use cases
• Implement model optimization techniques including quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation
• Conduct experiments with different architectures and hyperparameter tuning
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and benchmarking techniques
• AI/ML Implementation:
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Implement NLP solutions including text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text generation
• Build computer vision applications for image recognition, object detection, and image processing
• Work with generative AI models and prompt engineering techniques
• Full-Stack Development:
• Develop web applications using Python frameworks (Flask, Django) to showcase AI capabilities
• Design and implement APIs for model serving and integration
• Create user interfaces for AI applications with seamless user experiences
• Integrate AI models with existing systems and databases
• Data Management & Infrastructure:
• Design and manage databases for storing training data, model artifacts, and application data
• Implement data preprocessing pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Work with SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with privacy regulations
• Cloud & Deployment:
• Deploy ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of ML models
• Set up monitoring, logging, and performance tracking for production models
• Optimize model inference for scalability and cost-effectiveness

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK, SpaCy)
• Extensive experience with Deep Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Proven experience in LLM training, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Expert knowledge in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision techniques
• Strong SQL skills for database management and data analysis
• Experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python web frameworks (Flask, Django)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Full-stack development capabilities including frontend and backend development

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development
• Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
• Experience with A/B testing and model evaluation in production environments

Pay: ₹16,817.97 per month
