Job Title: Client Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards tailored to client KPIs.
  • Work closely with client managers to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Respond to client requests related to data, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reporting deliverables.
  • Support onboarding of new clients with initial data analysis and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to support client needs.
  • Monitor and track performance against goals, alerting stakeholders to significant changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a data analysis, client-facing, or account support role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
