Academy Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with students regarding enrollment for medical courses, including providing course information and guiding them through the admission process.
- Handle student fee submission, EMI plans, and liaise with banks for payments and related processes.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring timely updates of enrollment and payment details.
- Arrange lectures, schedules, and coordinate with faculty and internal teams for smooth academic operations.
- Attend and respond to student and prospective student inquiries via calls, emails, or in-person.
- Convert prospective student leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and maintain administrative documentation related to students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic coordination, admissions, or related roles.
- BHMS graduate preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English; strong listening and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, and basic database management).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical or healthcare education institutions
- Familiarity with banking procedures related to student fee payments.
