Academy Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with students regarding enrollment for medical courses, including providing course information and guiding them through the admission process.
  • Handle student fee submission, EMI plans, and liaise with banks for payments and related processes.
  • Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring timely updates of enrollment and payment details.
  • Arrange lectures, schedules, and coordinate with faculty and internal teams for smooth academic operations.
  • Attend and respond to student and prospective student inquiries via calls, emails, or in-person.
  • Convert prospective student leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and maintain administrative documentation related to students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic coordination, admissions, or related roles.
  • BHMS graduate preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong listening and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, and basic database management).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical or healthcare education institutions
  • Familiarity with banking procedures related to student fee payments.
