Role Overview:

We are looking for an
Operations Manager
to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our academies and tournaments. This person will be the key link between
parents, coaches, and ground owners
, ensuring seamless coordination and excellent service delivery across centres.

Key Responsibilities:

[A] Parent Coordination
:

  • Handle queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage communication of schedules, updates, and reports.

[B] Coach Coordination
:

  • Support coaches with schedules, training logistics, and operational needs.
  • Track attendance, performance, and ensure coaching standards are maintained.
  • Facilitate clear communication between coaches and management.

[C] Ground Owner & Vendor Management
:

  • Liaise with ground owners to ensure availability, maintenance, and compliance with agreements.
  • Coordinate ground bookings, payments, and resolve operational issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with facility partners.

[D] Operations & Logistics
:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple centres.
  • Ensure training sessions start and end on time with all resources in place.

[E] Reporting & Process Management
:

  • Maintain operational records, fee collection updates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    operations, customer relations, or sports/education management
    .
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Passion for sports and working with children.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets
