Role Description

PolliNation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure business efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating logistics, developing operational strategies, supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining vendor relationships, and reviewing operational performance metrics regularly.

Qualifications

  • Operational skills such as logistics management, resource allocation, and process improvement
  • Leadership abilities including team supervision, conflict resolution, and decision-making
  • Organizational skills such as time management, multitasking, and priority setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients
  • Proficiency in business tools and software, such as ERP systems or other relevant platforms
  • Prior experience in a managerial or operations-related role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
