About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced
IT Sales Professional
to drive international business growth across key markets like the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
selling IT services
, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Handle
    lead generation via online bidding platforms
    (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Work closely with project and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in
    international IT sales
    or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Web & App Development services
    and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, bidding portals, and lead management.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
