Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Trainee Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Support sales targets through persuasive selling techniques

Required Skills

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic English speaking ability
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Sales aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass or equivalent
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
