About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused
Retail Stylist & VM Associate
who can style clients at the store front, manage inventory, and ensure the store's visual appeal is always on point. This role blends fashion styling, inventory management, and visual merchandising—perfect for someone who loves fashion, organization, and retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Styling & Customer Experience

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting outfits for various occasions (weddings, parties, shoots, etc.).
  • Provide personalized styling advice based on client preferences, body type, and event requirements.
  • Manage trial appointments, fittings, and ensure a seamless store experience.
  • Upsell accessories and add-ons wherever applicable.

Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Maintain store displays and mannequins as per seasonal trends and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the store is aesthetically appealing, clean, and well-organized at all times.
  • Collaborate on VM planning for new collections, festive themes, or campaigns.

Inventory & Store Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records—stock in/out, tagging, damage control, and garment movement.
  • Coordinate with backend team for replenishment, alterations, and garment maintenance.
  • Ensure all outfits are in-store-ready condition (cleaned, steamed, packed, and displayed properly).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in fashion styling / retail fashion / visual merchandising preferred.
  • Strong sense of fashion, trends, and customer service.
  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management (software knowledge is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Freshers from fashion schools may apply if passionate and willing to learn.
