Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Stylist & Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in styling, fashion retail, or consulting. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, a strong eye for detail, and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in clients with personalized styling, curating looks for shoots, supporting content creation, and contributing to Rent An Attire's brand presence through local outreach and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Conversion

* Drive sales by converting walk-in and online styling consultations into confirmed rentals.

* Actively promote and upsell Rent An Attire's membership programs, premium services, and accessories.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Track client preferences and suggest add-ons to maximize order value.

* Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat rentals and referrals.

Client Styling & Experience

* Deliver personalized styling solutions for weddings, parties, and other occasions.

* Curate complete looks from the available inventory and suggest trending options.

* Ensure every client interaction is smooth, premium, and leads to customer delight.

* Maintain strong after-sales support to encourage repeat business.

Outfit Quality & Order Readiness

* Oversee outfit quality checks to ensure perfect condition before handover.

* Coordinate alterations, dry-cleaning, and finishing to meet client expectations.

* Ensure timely delivery and pickup of outfits with a flawless presentation.

* Maintain stock records and highlight high-demand inventory for reorders.

Vendor & Operations Management

* Manage relationships with dry cleaners, tailors, and courier partners.

* Ensure vendors meet turnaround timelines to support sales commitments.

* Negotiate and coordinate to minimize delays and maintain service quality.

Marketing & Brand Engagement

* Support local marketing campaigns to attract new customers.

* Partner with nearby salons, cafes, and influencers for cross-promotions.

* Assist in creating styling content, testimonials, and marketing visuals that drive sales.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Retail, Marketing, or related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in fashion styling, retail consulting, or personal shopping.

* Strong knowledge of fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and styling techniques.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Creative mindset with the ability to style for diverse occasions and audiences.

* Basic proficiency in Canva, photo/video editing, or similar tools is an added advantage.
