About the Role:

At you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the companys litigation

portfolio, including handling disputes, claims, regulatory investigations, and related legal

matters. The role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a deep understanding

of litigation processes, particularly in technology, financial services, or fintech sectors with

preferable experience in AML.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle all litigation matters, including disputes, lawsuits, and arbitrations, to

protect legal interests.

Work closely with external counsels to represent the company in litigation proceedings,

ensuring all legal positions are aligned with strategic goals.

Advise internal stakeholders on potential and ongoing disputes and litigation risks,

providing practical and actionable legal advice.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal risks and exposure, including the

analysis of precedents and emerging legal trends in cryptocurrency, financial technology,

and digital assets.

Support the resolution of complex regulatory matters and disputes with government

agencies or regulators.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment of litigation strategies in view of broader

business goals.

Track and manage the progress of ongoing litigation, ensuring timely responses to legal

notices, court filings, and regulatory requests.

Draft and review legal documents related to litigation, including pleadings, motions, and

settlement agreements.

Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency, fintech, and related

sectors, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Support the Head of Legal with legal research, analysis, and strategy development.

What We Are Looking For

Educational Background: LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed national law

university

Experience:

3-6 years of experience in litigation corporate and commercial litigation.

Exposure to financial services, technology, or fintech-related disputes will be

preferred.

Familiarity with the legal aspects of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech

industries will be preferred.

Knowledge Areas:

Technical Skills:

Strong litigation and legal drafting skills, with the ability to argue complex

cases.

Deep knowledge of Indian laws, regulatory frameworks, and procedures.

Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape and

its legal challenges.

Ability to manage external law firms and coordinate cross-functional

teams effectively.

Soft Skills:

Ability to think strategically and provide legal solutions that align with the

companys business objectives.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk

management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a

fast-paced environment.
