Role Description

We are looking for a
Billings & Operations Manager
to oversee project billing, payment tracking, and operational coordination.

This role requires a balance between financial accuracy and process management, ensuring smooth invoicing, efficient workflows, and clear communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue, and monitor project invoices based on approved proposals or milestones
  • Track payments, receivables, and follow up on outstanding dues with clients
  • Coordinate with the team for financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely documentation of all transactions
  • Prepare monthly billing summaries and cash flow reports for management review
  • Ensure all billing aligns with contract terms and project deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external collaborators to ensure smooth project and billing workflows
  • Monitor deliverables, assist with project tracking, and ensure smooth communication
  • Assist in preparing internal reports and maintaining documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Architecture, Civil Engineering
    or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience
    in billing, finance coordination, or operations support
  • Strong proficiency in
    MS Excel / Google Sheets
    and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior
    experience in an architecture, interior design, or creative services firm
  • Familiarity with
    project-based billing cycles and milestone-based invoicing
  • Working knowledge of accounting tools or CRMs
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and financial discipline
