Key Responsibilities
Call lawyers from the provided contact list
- Make outbound calls to lawyers using the verified contact database shared by the company.
- Ensure professionalism, correct tone, and clarity while introducing yourself and the purpose of the call.
Explain Vakeel Assist app features in simple language
- Break down technical/legal features of the app into easy-to-understand terms relevant to a lawyer's daily practice.
- Highlight how the app can save time, improve efficiency, and add value to their legal work.
Convince lawyers to register and use the product
- Persuasively communicate the benefits of registration and active use, addressing any hesitation.
- Use examples, success stories, or comparisons to show how Vakeel Assist can make their practice smoother.
Handle basic queries and guide them through sign-up
- Answer common questions related to app installation, registration, and first-time use.
- Provide step-by-step guidance during the call to ensure successful onboarding.
Record call details and maintain call logs
- Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate call outcomes, lawyer responses, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain proper categorization of leads (interested, follow-up needed, not interested) for future reference.
Work towards daily call and conversion targets
- Achieve set KPIs by consistently meeting daily/weekly call numbers and successful registrations.
- Strategize ways to improve conversions by analyzing call feedback and refining pitch style.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good speaking skills in Hindis and English.
- Confident on phone, polite, and convincing.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
