Job Title: Telecaller Executive Real Estate

Location: Sec 47, Gurugram

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 6 months to 3 years (Real estate calling experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property projects and investment opportunities.
  • Handle inbound queries from leads generated through online/offline marketing.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with customer information and call records.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into site visits and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding location, pricing, and amenities.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service excellence in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation in any field.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (English mandatory- Written and Oral Both).
  • Prior experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and persistence to handle customer queries effectively.

Salary Range:

15,000 to 25,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience)
