Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
