Role Overview

We are seeking
2 dynamic Telecallers
with prior sales experience to join our EPS sales team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, explaining our API-based solutions, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

●      Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.

●      Explain and promote Eko's financial & verification API solutions.

●      Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.

●      Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.

●      Maintain accurate call records and sales updates in CRM.

●      Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

●      Minimum
2 years of proven experience in telecalling/sales
.

●      Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

●      Basic understanding of fintech or API-based solutions preferred.

●      Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

●      Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
