About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Finance Director (CA) to lead the financial operations, strategy, and compliance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting standards, and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Lead financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance in line with Indian GAAP/IFRS.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to ensure optimal financial health.
  • Oversee internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability and cost optimization.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor finance teams to build a high-performance culture.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, controllership, or financial strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in managing multi-location or multi-entity operations preferred.
  • Experience in [industry name – e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, services] will be an added advantage.
