About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Finance Director (CA) to lead the financial operations, strategy, and compliance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting standards, and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, controllership, or financial strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in managing multi-location or multi-entity operations preferred.
  • Experience in [industry name – e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, services] will be an added advantage.
