Hiring Social Media Ads Specialist role for the Media indutry.

Role Overview

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and other

social platforms to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

● Campaign Management

○ Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising

campaigns

○ Develop TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and other platform advertising strategies

○ Implement advanced targeting strategies using platform-specific tools

○ Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization

● Creative Collaboration

○ Work closely with creative team to develop high-performing ad creative

○ Implement creative testing frameworks and performance analysis

○ Optimize ad formats, placements, and creative variations

○ Provide creative feedback based on performance data and platform best

practices

● Audience Development

○ Create and manage custom and lookalike audiences

○ Implement retargeting campaigns across the customer journey

○ Develop interest and behavioral targeting strategies

○ Test and optimize audience segments for improved performance

● Performance Analysis

○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics daily

○ Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI

○ Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements

○ Track attribution and assist with multi-touch attribution modeling

Key Performance Indicators

● Social media advertising ROAS and cost per acquisition

● Campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, engagement)

● Audience growth and retargeting effectiveness

● Creative testing success and optimization impact

● Platform diversification and performance consistency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
