About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You'll manage both organic and paid social strategies across platforms like Meta, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed campaign reports.
  • Research target audiences, trends, and competitor activities to refine ad strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing creatives.
  • Monitor ad spend, ensure ROI, and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Respond to followers and maintain brand voice across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and advertising best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid ads.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
