  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of content.

  7. Campaign Development :

  8. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote hotel services, special offers, events, and brand initiatives.

  9. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback.

  10. Analytics and Reporting :

  11. Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and overall engagement.

  12. Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  13. Trend Monitoring :

  14. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.

  15. Research and analyze competitors' social media strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  16. Collaboration :

  17. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.

  18. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized content creation or campaign execution as needed.

  19. Community Engagement :

  20. Engage with customers and followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
