This is a B2B space but we are looking for: The one's who understand Social media space is not for bots by humans If you are good at knowing how to talk to people, and understand the pulse of your audience and engaging with them gives you validation, then this is for you.

As the
Social Media Manager
at SPR Consultech, you will be get to own and build our social media presence from scratch

In this hands-on role, you will drive brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership across platforms like
LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
, X ensuring SPR's positioning as a leader in B2B consulting.

Over the next few months, you will
set the foundation for our content and brand voice, Your job will be a blend of execution and strategy, ensuring
consistency and impact in the digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

1 Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for B2B Consulting audiences.
  • Manage and grow SPR's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and relevant channels through strategic campaigns and engaging content creation styles
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Engage with industry conversations, influencers, and partners to increase visibility and credibility.

2 Content Creation & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract insights and turn them into compelling content.
  • Work with freelance creators/writers (as needed) to develop branded visuals, video content. Ideation, coordination for shoot with internal stakeholders to be handled
  • Understand and capture Internal highlight moments are captured for engaging content

3 Thought Leadership & Executive Branding

  • Manage LinkedIn presence for key executives, ensuring they are positioned as industry leaders.
  • Ghostwrite posts, articles, and insights on behalf of leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for guest articles, podcast features, and industry collaborations.

4 Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, lead conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly calendars and performance reports for leadership, highlighting key wins and areas for growth.
  • Have the competition and trend tracking on point and implement best practices that will benefit the brand
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes to optimize content reach and performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience of planning, executing and tracking social media deliverables is a must

B2B Social Media Mastery
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn-first social strategies (plus Twitter & YouTube).

Content Creation & Copywriting
- Ability to craft compelling posts, thought leadership content, and captions.

Brand Positioning & Storytelling
- Experience in corporate social media and executive branding.

Analytics & Performance Optimization
– Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Listening tools, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Adsense, Hootsuite, etc.).

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Comfortable working with
business leaders, consultants, influencers and external creatives
.

Project Management
- Ability to juggle multiple content streams and manage freelancers/agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business.

2-3 years of experience in B2B social media agency or handling social media for professional services firms.

Experience in scaling a brand's digital presence from scratch.
