A renowned Security Service company is currently hiring Marketing Manager for Kolkata location.
Preferred candidate profile
1.Identifying new business through cold call & various others opportunities
2Outstation tour for identifying prospective clients & coordination with respective Zonal Heads (Inhouse / Outstation) to enhance Business Opportunities through them as well
3.Client visit/meet for both follow-up & New Call for prospective business
4.Mail correspondence, sending business proposal (Hard copy & Soft Copy both), procuring PO along with full KYC details & rate approval
5.Customer Relationship Management to ensure expansion of the Business from the same Client in various segments.
6.Customer Grievance Handling & ensuring proper support through hand holding the Concerned Department
7.Regular coordination with Operations, Recruitment & Training Department to ensure proper survey of the clients Premises to be taken over
8.Fortnightly Business Meeting & Quarterly Business Review Meeting
Role & responsibilities
Strategically plan and execute marketing and operational initiatives
Lead and mentor a team of 5 -8 members, with clear team justification and performance tracking
Drive brand-making, positioning, and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Negotiate with vendors and external partners to maximize value
Coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure timely project delivery
Represent the brand with strong communication, negotiation, and professional presence
