We are looking for an energetic
Marketing Manager
with 2-4 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
product marketing, content-driven initiatives, digital campaigns, and SEO/SEM
, especially within a SaaS or IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement
    marketing plans and strategies
    aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead
    content marketing initiatives
    such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, and product documentation.
  • Lead
    product marketing initiatives
    , including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive
    SEO/SEM efforts
    to enhance organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Drive
    lead generation campaigns
    through digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Manage and optimize the company's
    social media and online presence
    .
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI.
  • Collaborate with
    product, sales, and customer success teams
    to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, customer events, and community-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in Marketing (SaaS/Tech industry preferred).
  • Proven experience in
    product marketing, SEO/SEM, and content-driven campaigns
    .
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    content creation, digital marketing, and brand building
    .
  • Proficiency in tools like
    HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
    .
  • Strong skills in
    communication, storytelling, and project management
    .
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
